Stick in the mud

To all of my 5 readers - sorry I have not been around --- I have been traveling to Chicago and Detroit this past week.
When visiting my main squeeze in Detroit (and his elementary aged niece and nephew) there was, not surprisingly, a lot of talk of Harry Potter. Fine - they are in elementary school - let them have it.
But, I am for once, taking a stand against these movies - Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings trilogy BORE me! It's fine if people are interested in these movies, but when they chastise me for wanting nothing to do with them, it thoroughly grinds my gears.
You can imagine my relief when I saw this picture on the web. Thank GAW I am not the only stick in the mud out there.
