Looks pretty peaceful, doesn't it? Ever been on the business end of an out-of- control pet that charges you and your dogs on the sidewalk? Will the "invisible fence work"? Where are it's beams? Will you or your dogs die in a horrible attack? The neighbor waves serenely from the comfort of their home, while Bowser froths at the mouth. My neighborhood is a war zone now.

Looks pretty peaceful, doesn't it? Ever been on the business end of an out-of- control pet that charges you and your dogs on the sidewalk? Will the "invisible fence work"? Where are it's beams?
